Liu Yinquan, originally from Weifang City, Shandong Province, China, now lives in Los Angeles, USA. After China resumed the college entrance examination in 1977, it was the first college graduate. He used to be a university assistant, lecturer, associate professor, deputy dean of the department, and head of the research institute. After coming to the United States in 2000, he served as a university professor, publisher, farmer, company CEO, chairman of the company, chairman of the China Social Democratic Party, chairman of the China Anti-Political Persecution League, and chairman of the International Zhonggong Association.

Oppose the CCP’s one-party dictatorship and advocate the establishment of a constitutional and democratic federal government in China. Actively participated in the 1989 Chinese Democracy Movement, supported students' democratic demands, opposed the CCP’s suppression of students, was removed from the post of Deputy Director of the History Department by the CCP, and suffered long-term criticism and persecution. Despite the blow, for the happiness of the people, regardless of personal safety, he has always insisted on opposing the CCP's autocratic rule. Therefore, he has been slandered and slandered by the Chinese Communist government and its special agents for a long time, and has even suffered an attempted assassination.
